Postage and Handling



Standard delivery rate is *(see note)$15 within Australia.  Mister Edz Saddlery and Rug Repairs uses Australia Post pre-paid registered satchels for the fulfillment of all phone and online orders within Australia. Mister Edz Saddlery and Rug Repairs does not accept responsibility for lost or damaged items with Australia Post. The only trace we can assist with the recovery of lost goods is to submit a customer complaint to Australia Post requesting a trace.

All in-store stock is shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Orders with multiple items will be shipped once all items are available.  While we do our best to ship within these times Christmas & Public holidays may delay the shipping of orders. On receipt of your order if it is any delay in shipping you will be notified by email.

In the event your product has not arrived, you need to contact Mister Edz Saddlery and Rug Repairs to track the item.

* Some items exceed postage weight and will incur an additional charge. You will be notified of the extra expense prior to your order being completed.

Overseas Customers


For overseas orders we also use Australia Post who then use a third party shipping company at their discretion. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the correct email and shipping details are given to receive the shipping notification. It is the responsibility of the customer to know what Duties and Taxes (if any) are to be paid for importing items into the country of origin.
