Exchanges

Mister Edz Rug and Canvas Repairs wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  We are happy to exchange the product if the wrong size/fit has been chosen or item arrives damaged at destination. This must be done within 30 days of delivery. If an exchange cannot be done we will refund or store credit the cost of the item. Shipping for items returned and/or exchanged due to incorrect choices, or change of mind, will be the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged Items Photographic evidence should be provided to Mister Edz Rug and Canvas Repairs within 48hrs of delivery. Photos may be sent by SMS to 0402 052 713 or by email to [email protected]
Faulty or incorrect goods received faulty goods are deemed those that have a manufacturing fault. Please contact Mister Edz Rug and Canvas Repairs and we will arrange for the goods to be returned and assessed to determine if they can be replaced or can be repaired by the manufacturer. 
Footwear must be tried on a carpeted area before wearing. Footwear that shows signs of wear will not be accepted for a return this includes scuff marks on the soles of boots. Boxes must be protected as they are considered as part of the product.
Postage costs for returned items are the responsibility of the sender, not Mister Edz Rug and Canvas Repairs, unless damaged during transit with Australia Post. The item must be returned to the store in perfect condition, this means carefully wrapped and packaged, at least equal to the standard of packaging in which they arrived. There is no refund on postage.
Refunds will be initiated after the item is received at the store, for the product if it is in untouched condition.  As we realise the inconvenience of having an item become faulty we will do everything we can to expedite this process. Please be aware the item will not be replaced until the faulty item is returned and assessed. If the items are deemed faulty and cannot be replaced or repaired a full refund will be made.  Most items can be returned for credit or exchange, except for the following:

  • Veterinary preparations 
  • Supplements
  • Items classified as "Dangerous Goods" 

Clearance Items are an end of season stock items and are non-returnable or refundable (excepting faulty goods).
